Help launch and grow Tailr — an AI personal stylist used by men and women who want to dress better, faster. You'll work directly with the founder on content, social, and partnerships.

About the role

Tailr is a small company about to launch publicly. We have ~500 brand partners, a polished product, and a serious AI moat. What we don't have yet is presence — and that's the role.

You'll own the public face of Tailr: short-form content (TikTok / Reels), the blog/changelog, founder posts on X & LinkedIn, partnership outreach to creators and brands, and the launch playbook. We'll teach you the systems; you bring taste and hustle.

This is an internship designed to grow. If it works, there's a full-time path here — Tailr's growth role for Year 1 is yours to win.

What you'll do

  • ·Produce 3-5 short-form videos per week (you film + light edit; we handle strategy).
  • ·Run the Tailr Instagram, TikTok, and X accounts day-to-day — post, reply, DM.
  • ·Write a weekly outfit-of-the-week post for the blog (we provide the looks; you write the copy).
  • ·Reach out to 10-20 menswear/womenswear creators per week for soft partnerships.
  • ·Run small Meta + TikTok ad tests with founder oversight.
  • ·Track what works in a simple weekly dashboard and share what's hitting.

What we're looking for

  • ·Some prior content work — class projects, personal account, internship, or freelance. Show me the receipts.
  • ·Strong taste in fashion or lifestyle content — you can tell good from generic.
  • ·Comfortable being on camera at least sometimes.
  • ·Excellent written English; you'll write the brand voice.
  • ·Reliable async communicator (Slack + Loom).

Nice to have

  • ·Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a US college (any major; this is about taste, not credentials).
  • ·Lives in Dallas-Fort Worth (we can grab coffee + shoot together).
  • ·Experience growing a personal social account.
  • ·Familiar with CapCut, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Premiere.
  • ·Has shopped from any of the 500+ brands in Tailr's catalog and has opinions.

What you'll get

  • ·Free Tailr Premium for you + 5 friends, forever.
  • ·Direct mentorship from the founder (former management consultant).
  • ·Real ownership of marketing function — your work ships under your name.
  • ·Flexible hours that work around classes.
  • ·Path to a full-time growth role if the fit is right.

Senior AI/Backend Engineer

Remote (global) · Async friendly · $150k–$200k + meaningful equity

Apply now →

Own the AI stylist end-to-end — prompt design, model routing, accuracy regression suite, brand catalog ingestion, and the Redis layer that keeps it all fast.

About the role

Tailr's edge is the AI: the stylist composes complete outfits in 5–10 seconds, runs a 1000-iteration regression suite on every major change, and is currently at 95%+ accuracy across closet-only, mixed, no-closet, and weather scenarios.

You'd own the next chapter — pushing accuracy past 99%, adding streaming responses for perceived speed, expanding the brand catalog past 500, and shipping the multi-model routing (gpt-4o, Claude, fal.ai) that keeps cost flat as we scale.

Direct partnership with the founder. Real autonomy. We move fast and ship every day.

What you'll do

  • ·Own the outfit composition prompt + cohesion checklist + validator + server-side strippers.
  • ·Maintain and expand the 1000-iter regression suite (currently: closet-only / mixed / no-closet / weather).
  • ·Improve brand catalog ingestion: probe new Shopify storefronts, harden the Redis cache, manage the circuit breaker.
  • ·Tune model routing (gpt-4o-mini for Member, gpt-4o for Premium) and explore streaming.
  • ·Ship perf wins (the recent pass got search-products from 2s to 170ms warm).
  • ·Code review, pair on hard product calls, contribute to architecture decisions.

What we're looking for

  • ·5+ years backend / full-stack experience.
  • ·Shipped production LLM features — prompt engineering, response validation, multi-model routing.
  • ·TypeScript, Node, Next.js (App Router), Postgres/Prisma.
  • ·Strong opinions on caching, rate-limiting, circuit breakers.
  • ·Write code that the next engineer (or you 6 months later) can read.

Nice to have

  • ·Familiar with OpenAI, Anthropic, fal.ai APIs.
  • ·Redis / Upstash experience.
  • ·Vercel + Supabase production experience.
  • ·You ship side projects.
  • ·Bonus: you've worked in fashion tech, marketplace, or consumer AI.

What you'll get

  • ·Top-of-market salary + meaningful equity at the ground floor.
  • ·Health, dental, vision (US employees) or equivalent stipend (global).
  • ·Top-spec laptop + home office stipend.
  • ·Unlimited PTO with a 3-week minimum.
  • ·Direct path to staff / principal as Tailr scales.

Brand Partnerships Manager

Remote (US) · Travel ~10% · $90k–$120k base + 20% performance bonus

Apply now →

Bring more of the brands users love into the Tailr catalog. Own the affiliate relationship pipeline — outbound, deal structure, onboarding, ongoing performance.

About the role

Tailr currently surfaces from 500+ DTC brand catalogs, mostly via Shopify's public product feed. The next 500 are bigger brands and direct partnerships — Aritzia, Reformation, Buck Mason, J.Crew, Madewell, Free People, you get it.

You'd own that pipeline. Outbound to brand BD/affiliate leads, deal structuring (commission rate, exclusive collections, co-marketing), onboarding into our catalog, and ongoing performance reviews.

Real ownership: brands you bring on are tied to your compensation directly. The growth bonus pays whether you close 3 or 30.

What you'll do

  • ·Identify the top 200 priority brands not yet on Tailr; prioritize by user demand + commercial fit.
  • ·Outbound to brand BD, affiliate, and partnerships leads (~30 brands/week).
  • ·Negotiate commission rate + co-marketing terms. Standard target 8-12% commission.
  • ·Manage the onboarding playbook (catalog ingestion, naming convention, brand assets).
  • ·Quarterly business reviews with our top 20 partner brands.
  • ·Feed user-requested brands back into the pipeline.

What we're looking for

  • ·3-5 years in brand partnerships, affiliate, retail BD, or similar.
  • ·Existing relationships across DTC menswear / womenswear preferred.
  • ·Comfortable with both inbound (a brand reaches out) and outbound (you reach out cold) motion.
  • ·Numbers-fluent: can speak commission math + LTV impact.
  • ·Strong written outreach (you'll send 30+ emails/week).

Nice to have

  • ·Background at a fashion DTC brand or aggregator (e.g. Shop, Lyst, Verishop).
  • ·Existing rolodex at Rakuten / CJ Affiliate / Impact / ShareASale.
  • ·Lives in NYC, LA, or major fashion hub for in-person closings.
  • ·Has shopped from any of our existing 500+ brands and has takes.

What you'll get

  • ·$90-120k base, plus 20% bonus tied to brands closed and revenue.
  • ·Health/dental/vision, unlimited PTO with 3-week minimum.
  • ·Travel budget for brand visits + industry events (NYFW, NRF, etc.).
  • ·Direct line to the founder; growth in-step with the company.

Content & SEO Lead

Remote (US) · $95k–$130k + equity

Apply now →

Own Tailr's organic — blog, SEO, programmatic content (think: 500 brand-name pages, 1000 occasion guides), and the AI-assisted content engine.

About the role

Tailr has a structural SEO advantage: 500+ brand partners × thousands of occasions × ~12 aesthetics = millions of useful, unique pages we could generate at quality.

You'd build the content engine that does it — partly hand-crafted brand guides, partly programmatic occasion guides, partly AI-assisted style essays. Goal: 100k organic monthly visits within 12 months.

Direct ownership of the blog, the brand directory, the occasion library, and the keyword strategy.

What you'll do

  • ·Own the editorial calendar — 2-3 high-quality essays + 3-5 programmatic pages per week.
  • ·Build out the brand directory (500 brand pages — your edits + AI-assisted drafts).
  • ·Ship the occasion library (wedding-guest fall menswear, beach trip smart-casual, etc.) — 1000+ pages programmatically generated, then human-edited.
  • ·Set keyword strategy + measure rankings monthly.
  • ·Build the link strategy (creator partnerships, brand co-marketing, PR).
  • ·Maintain the writing voice guide and review external contributor work.

What we're looking for

  • ·5+ years in content + SEO at consumer brands.
  • ·Shipped programmatic SEO at scale (thousands of pages).
  • ·Strong taste — your published portfolio shows it.
  • ·Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, GPT) as a 10× editor without losing voice.
  • ·Numbers-fluent: GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4.

Nice to have

  • ·Background in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  • ·Has built a content engine from zero.
  • ·Knows how to brief external editors / freelancers.
  • ·Loves the editorial side of Vogue, GQ, Highsnobiety.

What you'll get

  • ·$95-130k + meaningful equity.
  • ·Full benefits, unlimited PTO with 3-week minimum.
  • ·Editorial autonomy — your voice, your calendar.
  • ·Direct partnership with the founder.
  • ·Path to Head of Content as we grow.

Engineering · Contract · 3-6 months

iOS Engineer

Remote (global) · $120-180/hr depending on experience

Apply now →

Ship the Tailr iOS app for App Store. We're using Capacitor + Codemagic so most of the heavy lifting is reusing the web app; you own the native polish, push notifications, and store submission.

About the role

Tailr's web app is the source of truth. The iOS app wraps it via Capacitor (the founder's already prepped the project structure) and adds native features: push notifications, biometric unlock, body-photo capture, in-app purchase via RevenueCat for Apple IAP.

We need someone who's shipped iOS apps to the App Store before, knows the review process cold, and can deliver in 6 weeks.

What you'll do

  • ·Take the Capacitor scaffold from prototype to App Store-ready.
  • ·Implement native push notifications via APNs (paired with our existing notification system).
  • ·Wire biometric (FaceID) unlock for the closet + body photo features.
  • ·Integrate RevenueCat for Apple IAP subscription handling.
  • ·Build the App Store listing: screenshots, copy, ASO, video preview.
  • ·Navigate App Review submissions (we already have an Apple Developer account in the Tailr LLC name).
  • ·Hand off a maintainable codebase + deployment runbook.

What we're looking for

  • ·3+ years iOS development, multiple App Store shipped apps.
  • ·Capacitor or React Native experience (we're using Capacitor).
  • ·Familiar with Apple Sign-In, push notifications, IAP.
  • ·Shipped through App Review at least 5 times.
  • ·Comfortable working solo with weekly founder check-ins.

Nice to have

  • ·Knows RevenueCat well.
  • ·Experience with Codemagic CI/CD.
  • ·Swift / Xcode native chops (not just JS).
  • ·Has shipped a fashion or AI consumer app.

What you'll get

  • ·$120-180/hr depending on experience.
  • ·Flexible schedule — async-friendly.
  • ·Clear scope, clear timeline.
  • ·Potential to convert to FT lead mobile role afterwards.

Growth · Internship · ~15 hrs/week

Sales Intern

Remote (US) · Hybrid welcome in Dallas, TX · $18-22/hr + commission on closed brand deals

Apply now →

Help Tailr land more brand partnerships and creator deals. You'll source prospects, run outbound sequences, and book intro calls — graduating into a full-time sales role if it clicks.

About the role

Sales at Tailr is partnership-led — we don't sell B2B SaaS, we close affiliate + co-marketing deals with menswear and womenswear brands. Every deal expands our 500+ catalog and unlocks new commission revenue.

You'd be the engine: building prospect lists, writing outbound copy, booking calls, and shadowing the founder on close calls. Direct mentorship; clear path to a full-time sales role.

What you'll do

  • ·Build a weekly list of 50 priority brand prospects (we'll teach you the scoring rubric).
  • ·Write + send 25-50 cold emails per week with personalized hooks.
  • ·Book 5+ intro calls per week with brand BD / affiliate / partnerships leads.
  • ·Manage the pipeline in our CRM (Notion or Attio — your choice).
  • ·Sit in on close calls and start running discovery yourself by week 4.
  • ·Help the marketing intern with creator outreach (warm intros from brands count too).

What we're looking for

  • ·Sales-curious — you don't have to have done it before, but you're hungry to learn it.
  • ·Excellent written English; outbound is mostly writing.
  • ·Resilient — cold outreach has a 90% no rate. You need a thick skin.
  • ·Detail-oriented in a CRM context (we'll know fast if you let leads drop).
  • ·Comfortable on Zoom + Slack + async.

Nice to have

  • ·Currently in college or recently graduated (any major).
  • ·Personal social account or side hustle that's required you to sell.
  • ·Lives in Dallas-Fort Worth.
  • ·Already loves fashion or DTC retail.

What you'll get

  • ·$18-22/hr base + 10% commission on brand deals you source that close.
  • ·Free Tailr Premium for you + 5 friends, forever.
  • ·Sit in on real founder-led sales calls — you'll learn faster here than at a desk.
  • ·Flexible hours around classes.
  • ·Path to full-time SDR or Account Executive role.

Brand Outreach Specialist

Remote (US) · $60k–$80k + commission on closed deals

Apply now →

The operations engine behind brand partnerships. Run the outbound machine at scale — prospect lists, sequence design, response handling, and meeting booking — so the Partnerships Manager can spend time closing.

About the role

Brand Partnerships is high-leverage but high-effort. We need someone who lives in the inbox + CRM, owns the response-handling and meeting-booking workflow, and keeps the top-of-funnel always full so the closer is never starved for pipeline.

You're the operating partner to the Brand Partnerships Manager. They handle the close + the relationship; you handle everything that gets them to the close.

What you'll do

  • ·Source 100+ qualified brand prospects per week using public sources (Shopify directory, Brandwatch, social signals).
  • ·Design and run multi-touch outbound sequences (4-6 touches over 14 days).
  • ·Handle all inbound responses — qualifying, objection-handling, scheduling.
  • ·Book 15+ qualified meetings per week for the Brand Partnerships Manager.
  • ·Maintain CRM hygiene — every brand has the right status, owner, next-step, and notes.
  • ·Weekly pipeline review with the founder + Partnerships Manager.
  • ·Run A/B tests on outbound copy and report what's working.

What we're looking for

  • ·2-4 years in BDR, SDR, partnerships ops, or similar outbound-heavy role.
  • ·Demonstrated track record of booking meetings at volume (15+/week).
  • ·Strong written outreach — your copy converts.
  • ·CRM-fluent (any system; we'll match yours).
  • ·Comfortable cold-emailing decision-makers at well-known brands.

Nice to have

  • ·Existing relationships in DTC fashion / retail.
  • ·Background as a former BDR at Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar.
  • ·Experience with sequencer tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo).
  • ·Loves shopping — you'll be reaching out to brands you actually want to wear.

What you'll get

  • ·$60-80k + 5% commission on every brand deal sourced that closes.
  • ·Full benefits, unlimited PTO with 3-week minimum.
  • ·Direct ownership of TOFU — your numbers move the company.
  • ·Promote to Partnerships Manager within 18 months if you outperform.

Brand Designer

Remote (US) · $110k–$140k + equity

Apply now →

Define and protect Tailr's visual identity. Own the brand system end-to-end — typography, color, motion, illustration, photography direction, the iOS app icon, the social grid, and how the AI's outputs are framed visually.

About the role

Tailr's product is taste. The brand has to live up to it. We have a strong starting foundation — editorial typography (Source Serif + Inter), restrained palette (Ink/Bone/Gold), paper-noise textures, terra accents — but it needs a real designer to evolve it as we scale.

You'd own the entire visual surface: marketing site, in-product affordances, email templates, App Store assets, social grids, brand guidelines, illustration system, and the partnerships co-marketing kit. Direct partnership with the founder on every brand decision.

What you'll do

  • ·Define and document the Tailr brand system (typography scale, color tokens, motion principles, photography direction).
  • ·Design marketing pages, email templates, social grids, partnership co-marketing kits.
  • ·Own the iOS app icon, App Store screenshots, and onboarding flow visuals.
  • ·Direct outsourced photography + illustration when needed.
  • ·Pair with engineering on in-product design — you'll have CSS access and a designer's hand on the UI.
  • ·Quarterly brand audit + refresh.

What we're looking for

  • ·5+ years brand design at a consumer brand or DTC company.
  • ·Portfolio shows strong editorial sensibility — type, photography, layout, restraint.
  • ·Figma fluency including auto-layout, components, variables.
  • ·Comfortable in CSS — you can ship to production yourself when needed.
  • ·Strong opinions defended weakly.

Nice to have

  • ·Has shipped a brand identity from zero.
  • ·Background includes fashion, luxury, or editorial.
  • ·Motion/After Effects skills.
  • ·Knows the difference between Times New Roman and Source Serif and cares.

What you'll get

  • ·$110-140k + meaningful equity.
  • ·Full benefits, unlimited PTO with 3-week minimum.
  • ·Real creative authority — no five-stakeholder reviews.
  • ·Direct partnership with the founder.
  • ·Path to Head of Brand as Tailr scales.

Finance Manager

Remote (US) · $110k–$140k + equity

Apply now →

First finance hire. Own accounting, FP&A, board reporting, payroll, taxes, and the capital-raising data room. We're small enough that one person can carry it all — and senior enough to call the strategy.

About the role

Tailr is a Texas LLC with revenue from Premium subscriptions + affiliate commissions and (soon) a priced equity round. We need someone to lift the finance function off the founder's desk and run it like a real company.

You'd own the books day-to-day, monthly close, board deck financials, payroll + benefits administration, sales-tax registration as we scale into new states, and the capital-raise data room when we go out for a Series A.

What you'll do

  • ·Run the books in QuickBooks (or migrate to NetSuite at scale).
  • ·Monthly close + investor-grade financial statements within 10 business days of month-end.
  • ·Build and maintain the FP&A model (revenue, COGS, headcount, runway).
  • ·Manage payroll + benefits administration with Gusto or Rippling.
  • ·Coordinate annual taxes with an outside CPA.
  • ·Build the data room for our next equity raise.
  • ·Sales-tax registration + filings as we expand state by state.
  • ·Quarterly board financial package.

What we're looking for

  • ·7+ years finance experience, including 2+ years at a Series A/B startup.
  • ·CPA or MBA strongly preferred but not required if portfolio shows it.
  • ·Built an FP&A model from scratch that survived investor scrutiny.
  • ·Comfortable in Stripe + Shopify + QuickBooks data — reconciliation isn't beneath you.
  • ·Strong written communicator — you'll write the board narrative.

Nice to have

  • ·Closed at least one priced round and run the diligence data room.
  • ·Experience at an affiliate-revenue or marketplace business.
  • ·Comfortable in SQL or Looker / Mode for self-serve dashboards.
  • ·Lives in Texas (preferred for in-person founder meetings + state nexus).

What you'll get

  • ·$110-140k + meaningful equity at the ground floor.
  • ·Full benefits, unlimited PTO with 3-week minimum.
  • ·Wide-open scope — finance, ops, HR, legal coordination all in your remit.
  • ·Direct partnership with the founder on capital strategy.
  • ·Path to CFO as Tailr scales.

Finance Intern

Remote (US) · Hybrid welcome in Dallas, TX · $22-28/hr

Apply now →

Support Tailr's finance function — reconciliations, monthly close prep, expense categorization, simple modeling. Great launchpad for someone heading into corp finance, investment banking, or PE.

About the role

You'd work directly with the founder (and eventually the Finance Manager). Tailr's revenue + expense data flows through Stripe, QuickBooks, Shopify, and a handful of SaaS subscriptions — you'd be the person making sure everything reconciles cleanly + the books stay close-able.

It's structured enough that you'll learn the fundamentals of operating a real company's finance stack, and unstructured enough that you'll see how decisions get made.

What you'll do

  • ·Daily Stripe + Shopify revenue reconciliation against QuickBooks.
  • ·Categorize and code corporate-card expenses + vendor invoices.
  • ·Prep monthly close — accrual journal entries, fixed-asset depreciation schedules.
  • ·Build simple cohort + retention models in Google Sheets.
  • ·Support quarterly board deck prep (financial slides).
  • ·Research sales-tax nexus thresholds when we expand into new states.

What we're looking for

  • ·Currently enrolled or recently graduated — finance, accounting, economics, or business.
  • ·Comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, basic models).
  • ·Attention to detail in a finance context — you spot the typo.
  • ·Self-directed — you'll get clear scopes and run with them.

Nice to have

  • ·QuickBooks Online or Xero exposure.
  • ·Coursework or club experience in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, basic comps).
  • ·Lives in Dallas-Fort Worth.
  • ·Interest in consumer or fashion businesses.

What you'll get

  • ·$22-28/hr depending on experience.
  • ·Real operating-finance experience at a fast-moving startup.
  • ·Direct mentorship from the founder + (eventually) a senior Finance Manager.
  • ·Flexible hours around classes.
  • ·Path to full-time finance role at Tailr or a strong rec for IB / consulting recruiting.

Customer Experience Lead

Remote (US) · $75k–$95k + equity

Apply now →

Own everything customer-facing: support inbox, success motion for Premium users, churn diagnostics, knowledge base. The first hire who's not building product.

About the role

Right now the founder personally answers every support email. As Tailr grows past beta that's not sustainable — we need someone who can own the user experience end-to-end and feed the signal back into product.

You'd run the support inbox, build the in-app help (alongside the FAQ + tutorials), measure NPS / retention / churn reasons, and design the onboarding nudges that move Member users toward Premium.

What you'll do

  • ·Own the support@ and feedback@ inboxes. Target: every email replied within 24 hours.
  • ·Build the in-product help center, expand the FAQ + tutorials.
  • ·Run monthly NPS, weekly support-tag analysis, churn-exit surveys.
  • ·Design + measure the Member → Premium upgrade nudge flow.
  • ·Triage bug reports into the engineering backlog with clear repro steps.
  • ·Be the voice of the customer in product planning.

What we're looking for

  • ·3-5 years in CX, success, or support roles at a consumer SaaS or DTC brand.
  • ·Written communication is your superpower — warm, clear, on-brand.
  • ·Comfortable with light SQL or analytics tools (we use Vercel Analytics, can train on the rest).
  • ·Empathy-first but data-aware.
  • ·Self-directed; you'll be the 2nd or 3rd hire.

Nice to have

  • ·Background in fashion or AI-product CX.
  • ·Has built a help center or knowledge base from scratch.
  • ·Familiar with Linear, Slack, Notion, Help Scout / Intercom.

What you'll get

  • ·$75-95k + equity.
  • ·Full benefits, unlimited PTO with 3-week minimum.
  • ·Real influence on product roadmap.
  • ·Path to Head of CX / Operations as Tailr scales.

You'll run small physical pop-ups (dorm hangouts, study breaks), post in campus group chats and class Discord servers, and walk friends through their Style DNA over coffee. Every Premium sign-up from your campus pays you.

What you'll do

  • ·Sign up 10-30 friends/roommates in your first 2 weeks.
  • ·Host 1-2 small pop-ups per month (we provide budget for snacks + swag).
  • ·Post in your campus group chats / Discord 2-3x per week.
  • ·Track sign-ups via your unique referral link.
  • ·Send a weekly Loom update on what worked / what didn't.

  • ·Free Tailr Premium for life.
  • ·Swag budget for pop-ups (stickers, prints, snacks).
  • ·Top 3 ambassadors get an all-expenses NYC trip at end of semester.
  • ·Letter of recommendation from the founder for future internships.

Make the videos. TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts — Tailr-styled outfits, behind-the-scenes, founder commentary, brand spotlights. You film, light edit, ship.

What you'll do

  • ·Produce 5-7 short-form videos per week (TikTok / Reels / Shorts).
  • ·Cover the standing formats: outfit-of-the-day breakdown, brand spotlight, before/after Style DNA reveal, comments-on-comments.
  • ·Light editing in CapCut or similar.

  • ·Strong fashion taste.

Find Shopify-powered fashion brands not yet in Tailr's 500+ catalog. Every verified addition pays $10. No floor, no ceiling — pure performance.

About the role

Tailr's catalog is the moat. We're at 500+ brands and want to be at 1000+ by year-end. You research, verify, and submit candidate brands; a Tailr engineer ingests the ones that pass the technical bar.

Pure piecework. Some scouts add 10/week ($100), some find 50/week ($500). Cap is your hustle.

What you'll do

  • ·Find 20-50 fashion DTC brands per week not yet on Tailr.
  • ·Verify each has a public Shopify storefront (check /products.json works).
  • ·Submit via the scout submission form with: brand name, URL, gender focus, 3-5 representative products.
  • ·Tailr engineering ingests + you get credited for any that pass.

What we're looking for

  • ·Resourceful researcher — comfortable mining brand directories, blog roundups, social.
  • ·Detail-oriented (a bad submission costs you the $10).
  • ·Self-directed, fully async.
  • ·Either a fashion enthusiast or someone who'd genuinely enjoy this research.

Nice to have

  • ·International scouts encouraged — global brands are under-represented in the catalog.
  • ·Shopify familiarity.
  • ·Already shops from DTC brands and knows the long tail.

What you'll get

  • ·$10 per verified brand added — paid weekly.
  • ·$20 per international (non-US) brand.
  • ·$50 bonus for any brand with 100k+ Instagram followers.
  • ·100% async. Work from anywhere.
  • ·Free Tailr Premium for life after your 25th submission.

Help respond to user emails and chat messages. The role evolves: as you learn Tailr inside-out, you'll start triaging bug reports + drafting FAQ updates.

Right now the founder personally answers every support email. As we scale you'll take ownership of the support inbox during US business hours — typically 20-30 emails/day.

What you'll do

  • ·Triage bug reports into the engineering queue with clear repro steps.
  • ·Maintain the FAQ + tutorials as you spot gaps.

  • ·Draft + send the weekly support recap.

Nice to have

  • ·Previously did support, success, or community at any SaaS/DTC company.

  • ·Path to full-time CX role.

Data & Analytics Intern

Remote (US) · $22-28/hr

Pull the data behind the company. Weekly cohort reports, retention funnels, brand-catalog performance, AI accuracy trends. Build the dashboards the founder reads every Monday.

About the role

Tailr generates a lot of signal: outfit generations, saved looks, brand clicks, churn, AI accuracy. Right now most of it is ad-hoc SQL by the founder. Your job is to build the reporting layer.

What you'll do

  • ·Weekly KPI dashboard (sign-ups, conversions, retention, NPS).
  • ·Monthly cohort retention analysis.
  • ·Brand-catalog performance — which brands drive the most affiliate revenue.
  • ·AI accuracy trend tracking — surface regressions before users do.
  • ·Ad-hoc analyses on request.

What we're looking for

  • ·Comfortable in SQL (PostgreSQL).
  • ·Build dashboards in any tool (Metabase, Looker, Hex, or just Google Sheets).
  • ·Read clean code; we may ask you to write light Python for one-offs.
  • ·Stats coursework or equivalent self-study.

Nice to have

  • ·Familiar with Vercel Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • ·Has built a dashboard from scratch before.
  • ·Currently in CS, stats, math, or econ major.

What you'll get

  • ·$22-28/hr.
  • ·Real access to live business data — better than any class project.
  • ·Direct mentorship from the founder.
  • ·Free Tailr Premium.
  • ·Path to full-time analytics or growth role.

Product · Internship · ~10-15 hrs/week

Product Design Intern

Remote (US) · $24-32/hr

Apply now →

Work directly with the founder + Brand Designer on real product surfaces. Wireframes, prototypes, micro-interactions, and the occasional CSS handoff.

About the role

Tailr ships fast and design is often the bottleneck. You'd take small features end-to-end: wireframes → prototype → handoff → live in production within a week.

What you'll do

  • ·Wireframe + prototype 2-3 product features per week in Figma.
  • ·Run small usability sessions over Zoom (we'll teach you how).
  • ·Build the design system page-by-page alongside the Brand Designer.
  • ·Pair on CSS implementation when small features ship.
  • ·Document accessibility decisions.

What we're looking for

  • ·Portfolio shows real product work — class projects fine if they show process.
  • ·Figma fluency.
  • ·Basic CSS comfort (you don't need to be a developer).
  • ·Strong taste — restrained beats busy.

Nice to have

  • ·Has shipped a real product feature live.
  • ·Comfortable with motion (Framer, After Effects).
  • ·Loves the editorial side of design (Apple, Linear, Notion).

What you'll get

  • ·$24-32/hr.
  • ·Real production design experience.
  • ·Mentorship from the founder + full-time Brand Designer.
  • ·Free Tailr Premium.
  • ·Path to full-time Product Designer role.

Engineering · Internship · ~15-20 hrs/week

Engineering Intern

Remote (global) · $30-40/hr

Ship real production code on a Next.js + TypeScript + Prisma stack. Pair with the founder + Senior Engineer on real features — closet UX, profile flows, brand-catalog tooling.

About the role

Most internships have you write throwaway code. Tailr internships ship to production. Your name on the commit, your work on the live site.

What you'll do

  • ·Ship 1-2 small features per week (UI + backend).
  • ·Write tests + maintain the regression suite.
  • ·Pair on code review with the Senior Engineer.
  • ·Triage + fix bugs from the support queue.
  • ·Contribute to engineering-blog write-ups.

What we're looking for

  • ·Comfortable in TypeScript + React.
  • ·Some production experience (open-source, side projects, prior internship).
  • ·Write clear code; not afraid to ask before assuming.
  • ·Async-friendly communicator.

Nice to have

  • ·Familiar with Next.js (App Router), Tailwind, Prisma.
  • ·Has shipped a side project people use.
  • ·Interest in AI / LLM applications.

What you'll get

  • ·$30-40/hr depending on experience.
  • ·Top-spec laptop loaner if needed.
  • ·Real production codebase to learn from.
  • ·Free Tailr Premium.
  • ·Direct path to full-time engineering role.

Tag, review, and quality-check the brand catalog. Help maintain the 500+ brand library — flag bad product photos, mislabeled categories, off-brand inclusions.

About the role

Tailr's AI is only as good as the catalog underneath it. You'd manually review brand catalogs, surface issues, and curate aesthetic tags so the matching layer can find better outfits.

What you'll do

  • ·Audit 20-30 brand catalogs per week for quality issues.
  • ·Tag aesthetic + occasion attributes the AI can use.
  • ·Flag off-brand inclusions or bad product photos.
  • ·Suggest new brands to add (paid like the Brand Scout role on top).
  • ·Review weekly AI accuracy reports for catalog-driven failures.

What we're looking for

  • ·Strong fashion eye — you can spot off-brand or low-quality fast.
  • ·Detail-oriented, patient with repetitive review.
  • ·Comfortable with spreadsheets.

Nice to have

  • ·Background in fashion buying, merchandising, or styling.
  • ·Currently studying fashion, art history, or design.
  • ·Personal Pinterest / mood-board habit.

What you'll get

  • ·$18-22/hr.
  • ·Stacked with $10/brand scout commission if you find new brands.
  • ·Free Tailr Premium.
  • ·Direct exposure to how AI fashion-tech really works.
  • ·Path to full-time Style + Catalog role.

About the role

  • ·Reply to every comment + DM on Instagram + TikTok within 4 hours of posting.
  • ·Run a weekly Story / Reel poll to keep the audience engaged.
  • ·Build the first 100 Discord members.
