Full body, front-facing, head to feet in frame
Plain background — a wall, neutral hallway
Even, natural lighting; avoid harsh shadows
Stand straight, arms slightly away from your body
Wear one fitted layer (a tee + jeans/leggings)

Sitting, angled, or partial-body shots
Busy backgrounds or strong patterns behind you
Heavy layers or baggy clothes
